07:15 hrs – Pick-up from your city hotel in Kota Kinabalu and transfer by coach or van to Kuala Abai Jetty, Kota Belud. The scenic journey takes approximately 1 hour 45 minutes.
09:30 hrs – Arrive at Kuala Abai Jetty. Board a speedboat bound for Mari Mari Dive Lodge on Pulau Mantanani Kecil (Small Mantanani Island). The ride across the South China Sea takes around 1 hour.
Note: The trip may be cancelled or turned back for safety reasons if sea or weather conditions are deemed unsafe.
10:30 hrs – Arrival at Mari Mari Dive Lodge. Enjoy a welcome coffee or tea and prepare for your dive. Dive equipment will be issued, and a safety briefing conducted by a certified Dive Master or Instructor. Then, depart by boat to your first dive site.
13:00 hrs – Return to the lodge for a local-style lunch and some relaxation.
14:00 hrs – Head out for your second dive at another nearby dive site.
15:00 hrs – Begin your return journey to Kuala Abai Jetty.
Note: Departure from the island may be rescheduled earlier if sea conditions deteriorate.
18:30 hrs – Estimated arrival in Kota Kinabalu. Drop-off at your city hotel.
