After an early breakfast, check out at 7:00 AM and head to Kinabalu Park Headquarters for climbing registration. Meet your certified Mountain Guide, collect your packed lunch, and transfer to Timpohon Gate (1,866m), the starting point of your Mount Kinabalu trek.

Begin your 4–6 hour trek to Panalaban Base Camp, ascending through lush montane forest filled with unique flora and fauna. Take breaks at six designated rest stops to hydrate and enjoy your lunch.

Arrive at Laban Rata Resthouse (around 3,300m / 11,000 ft) and check into your dormitory-style mountain hut. Spend the evening at leisure to rest and acclimatize. Enjoy a hot dinner with fellow climbers and prepare for the early morning summit attempt.

At 2:30 AM, your guide will give a wake-up call. Equipped with your headlamp, begin the final ascent toward Low’s Peak (4,095.2m), the summit of Mount Kinabalu.

The climb takes about 3–4 hours, arriving in time to witness the unforgettable sunrise over Borneo’s majestic landscapes. Take photos, celebrate your achievement, then descend back to Laban Rata for breakfast.

After breakfast and check-out, continue your trek down to Timpohon Gate. From there, transfer to the Park Headquarters to receive your official Certificate of Achievement.

Enjoy a well-deserved lunch at Balsam Café, then sit back and relax on the drive back to Kota Kinabalu, concluding your unforgettable mountain adventure.
