After breakfast, gather in the hotel lobby at 9:45 AM for your boat transfer to Selingan Turtle Island, a journey of approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Upon arrival, register at the Turtle Island Park Headquarters and check into your chalet accommodation. After lunch, spend the afternoon relaxing—swimming or snorkeling at your own pace.

Following dinner, remain on standby for the ranger’s call. When signaled, join a small group to witness the remarkable experience of a turtle laying eggs, observe the transfer of eggs to the hatchery, and—if fortunate—see baby turtles released into the sea.

• Rangers may summon visitors at any time after dinner.
• Visitors must carry their own luggage; pack light. Free storage is available at the jetty.
• Flash photography is permitted (no video cameras).
• Roaming the island from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM is prohibited.

Depart the island at 7:00 AM for the mainland. Continue to Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre to witness the 10:00 AM feeding session, followed by a visit to the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre. Later, transfer to Sandakan Jetty and board a scenic boat through the mangrove forest en route to Abai Jungle Lodge on the Lower Kinabatangan River.

In the evening, enjoy a sunset river cruise in search of wildlife, followed by a night cruise to see fireflies lighting up the riverbanks. After dinner, explore the jungle boardwalk on a guided walk. Overnight at Abai Jungle Lodge.

Start the day with an early river trip to Pitas Oxbow Lake for wildlife spotting. Return for breakfast, then join a tree planting activity as part of a community reforestation initiative, followed by a local-style lunch in Abai Village.

Later, cruise upriver to Sukau, keeping an eye out for proboscis monkeys, orangutans, and other riverbank wildlife. Check in at Kinabatangan Riverside Lodge. In the afternoon, embark on a wildlife cruise along the Menanggul River. Return for dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic overland journey to Lahad Datu (approx. 2.5 hours), then continue by 4WD to Tabin Wildlife Reserve (approx. 1.5 hours). Upon arrival, check in to your private timber lodge with a balcony and modern amenities.

In the afternoon, trek to the Lipad Mud Volcano, a popular spot for wildlife and a chance to enjoy a natural mud facial. Return via the Elephant Trail, where sightings are sometimes possible. After dinner, go on a night safari drive and enjoy stargazing under the rainforest canopy.

Overnight at Tabin Wildlife Resort.

Start the day with birdwatching in the early morning. After breakfast, embark on a trek through the rainforest to the Lipad Waterfall. Enjoy a refreshing swim or simply unwind by the natural pool. In the afternoon, experience a traditional Tabin Rainforest Foot Soak, using a local herbal blend.

As dusk falls, join a dusk drive to look for wildlife preparing to settle for the night. After dinner, set out for a guided night walk to spot nocturnal creatures. Overnight at the resort.

Enjoy some free time after breakfast. An optional early morning walk or dawn drive is available. Later, transfer to Lahad Datu Airport for your flight to Kota Kinabalu. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to Jesselton Jetty for a boat ride to Bunga Raya Island Resort & Spa. Check in and spend the evening at leisure. Overnight at the resort.

Spend three glorious days enjoying leisure time at Bunga Raya Island Resort. Relax by the beach, swim in turquoise waters, snorkel among coral reefs, or indulge in optional spa treatments and resort activities. Overnight at the resort each night.

After breakfast, enjoy a final few hours at leisure before check-out at 12:00 PM. You will then transfer by boat back to the mainland, followed by an airport transfer for your departure flight, concluding your unforgettable Borneo adventure.
